What is the Cloud-Based Post-Production project? 
Led by Dragon Post (Wales), this project develops new technologies and workflows to transition the industry from conventional ‘in person’ post-production to new cloud-based post-production solutions.

Summary of Activities

Work includes the research into the utilisation of fast internet connectivity, cloud-based storage and new emerging data compression formats for post-production, restoration, and media collaboration.

Research into cloud-based processing for colour grading and digital restoration allowing for location independence (allowing for post-production processes to happen on-set for instance).
